In response to this situation, as early as September 2019, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the State Drug Administration jointly launched a special action nationwide on implementing the “four strictest” requirements for food and drug safety, and clearly proposed to take a heavy blow to “Internet celebrities” food safety violations.
