Inspired by him, over the past five years, his students have published nearly 100 SCI papers in world-renowned journals such as Cancer Cell and Gastroenterology, more than 30 Chinese core journals, 3 monographs edited and translated, 8 monographs participated in the editing and obtained 5 patents.
He also presided over more than 10 vertical scientific research projects, including one national science and technology support plan, four national natural science fund projects, one doctoral fund project of the Ministry of Education, two key projects of the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, with a scientific research fund of more than 12 million yuan.
